Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RallyLadder, operated by Vermont Discovery Co LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

RallyLadder lets pickleball and tennis players report match scores and earn a spot on a community ranking, and lets clubs and facilities run ladders and view analytics. Rankings are for friendly recreational use and are provided as-is.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of scores you report. Report matches honestly; reported results are confirmed by an opposing player before they affect rankings.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false results, impersonate others, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.

Intellectual property

RallyLadder, including its name, logo, design, page layouts, text, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by Vermont Discovery Co LLCand protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service as intended. You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from any part of the service, its design, or its content;
• Scrape, harvest, crawl, or bulk-download data or pages by any automated means;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of the service;
• Use our name, logo, branding, or copy to build, market, or operate a competing or imitative product.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation, and pursue any remedies available under law.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You may cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change prices with reasonable advance notice.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vermont Discovery Co LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
