RallyLadder is operated by Vermont Discovery Co LLC (“we,” “us”), a Vermont limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — the display name and email address you provide when you sign up.
• Match information — the scores you report, who you played with, and the ratings we calculate from them.
• Community club or town — the location you optionally associate with your account.
• Payment information — if you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Session data — for scheduled play, we may import publicly listed session rosters to populate match-reporting menus.

How we use it

• To calculate ratings and display ladders and standings.
• To operate your account and, for facilities, their league dashboards.
• To process subscription payments and provide support.

What appears publicly

On public ladders and standings we show your first name and last initial only, together with your rank and win-loss record. We do not display your email address publicly.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share data only with the service providers that make RallyLadder work: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

You can update your display name and home location from your account page. To correct, export, or delete your data — including removing yourself from public ladders — email us at support@rallyladder.com and we will act on your request promptly.

Children

RallyLadder is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. A parent or guardian may contact us to remove a minor’s data.
